Roster Pattern Monday – Friday:
- WARD – 1 SMO day shift, 1 intern day shift
- ED – 1 SMO day shift, 1 PHO late shift, 1 SMO late shift.
- Afterhours ED SMO is on call for facility with no doctor on site. There are always two SMO on call even when on bypass
Saturday/Sunday/Public Holiday:
- SMO day shift, 1 PHO day shift – covers ward and ED, SMO on late shift with oncall from 23:00 -07:00.

Orientation
The onboarding process at Ingham Health Service is comprehensive, designed to make new hires feel welcome and supported from their first day.
